Avocado Shrimp Cocktail

Avocados filled with delicious flavour.

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 8 large cocktail shrimp, cooked
  • ½ lime or lemon (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons Wafu® Sesame Mayonaizu® Japanese mayo
  1. Halve avocados lengthwise. Remove pits.
  2. Partially carve out avocado flesh and cut into chunks. Place inside each half.
  3. Squeeze lime or lemon juice over avocado flesh (optional).
  4. Place 2 shrimps on each avocado and top with a tablespoon of sesame mayo.
  5. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
