Fresh Shredded Summer Salad
A lively salad packed with flavour that is a Summer favourite.
- 3 cups frisée salad
- 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and shaved
- 2 carrots, peeled and shaved
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons Wafu® Ginger Carrot Japanese Dressing
- Black and white sesame seeds
- Shave the cucumber, carrots and radishes to a 1 cm (¼”) thickness using a peeler or mandolin
- In a large bowl, mix the frisée, cabbage, cucumber, carrots and radishes.
- Dress with Wafu® Ginger Carrot Japanese Dressing.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, to taste.
- Serve immediately.
