Fresh Shredded Summer Salad

A lively salad packed with flavour that is a Summer favourite.

  • 3 cups frisée salad
  • 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and shaved
  • 2 carrots, peeled and shaved
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Wafu® Ginger Carrot Japanese Dressing
  • Black and white sesame seeds
  1. Shave the cucumber, carrots and radishes to a 1 cm (¼”) thickness using a peeler or mandolin
  2. In a large bowl, mix the frisée, cabbage, cucumber, carrots and radishes.
  3. Dress with Wafu® Ginger Carrot Japanese Dressing.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds, to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
