Roast Turkey and Vegetable Pita

These roast turkey pockets are filled with delicious sesame mayo goodness!

  • 4 pita pockets, cut in half
  • 8 tablespoons Wafu® Sesame Mayonaizu® Japanese mayo
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 340 g sliced roast turkey
  1. Spread the inside of each half of pita evenly with 1 tablespoon sesame mayo.
  2. Layer on the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and roast turkey slices.
  3. Press lightly to close the pita sandwiches.
  4. Serve immediately.
