Shrimp Avocado Baguette Bites

Hosting in a hurry? Try these shrimp canapés with wasabi mayo.

  • 1 baguette
  • Wafu® Wasabi Mayonaizu® Japanese mayo
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 48 baby shrimp, cooked
  1. Slice a baguette into 2½ cm rounds.
  2. Open avocados and remove pits. Cut into bite-size slices.
  3. Slice tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
  4. Spread wasabi mayo on one side of each baguette round, to taste.
  5. Layer baguette rounds with avocado, tomato and shrimp.
  6. Secure canapés with a toothpick.
  7. Place on a platter and serve.
