Tomato Prosciutto and Arugula Salad

A crisp and colourful salad that's as fresh as it is tasty.

INGREDIENTS
  • 450 grams cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 113 grams thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 cups baby arugula leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Wafu® Wasabi Edamame Japanese Dressing
DIRECTIONS
  1. Arrange tomatoes on a serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place prosciutto slices over tomatoes.
  3. Add arugula.
  4. Drizzle with WAFU® Wasabi Edamame Japanese Dressing.
